OPINION AND ORDER
PEREZ-GIMENEZ, Chief Judge.
On August 8, 1988, plaintiffs filed through their counsel, Jesús Hernández Sánchez, a motion requesting that the undersigned judge disqualify himself from any further proceedings in this case. The Court heard oral argument on defendant’s motion to dismiss or for summary judgment on December 12, 1987, and on February 20, 1988, an Opinion and Order was issued granting the motion for summary judgment.
