CARR, Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment ordering a new trial in a proceeding involving the right of property.
The order granting the motion does not disclose on what ground it was granted. In this state of the record the judgment must be sustained on review if we conclude that it was authorized on any ground assigned in the motion. Peyton v.
