ROBERT E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

Convicted in March 1953 by a general court-martial in Austria of housebreaking and of the larceny of Austrian schillings and military payment certificates of the total value of $308.85, in violation of Articles 130 and 121, respectively, of the Uniform Code of Military Justice,1 the accused was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for three years.
