MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GRANADE, Chief Judge.
This cause is before the court on the motion of defendant, Crowne Investments, Inc., (“Crowne”) for summary judgment (Doc. 25), plaintiffs response thereto (Doc. 30), and defendant’s reply (Doc. 33). For the reasons stated below, the court finds that plaintiff has not proffered sufficient evidence to demonstrate a genuine issue as to any material fact. As such, the court finds that summary judgment is due to be GRANTED in favor of defendant, Crowne Investments, Inc.
