The Port Authority Police Benevolent Association, Inc. ("PAPBA") brings this action against the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the "Port Authority"), asserting violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and the Family Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"). More specifically, PAPBA challenges Port Authority policies requiring its police officers to submit to annual medical examinations and fitness-for-duty examinations.
