Defendant filed, on July 3, 1967, a petition for removal of plaintiff’s cause of action from the Supreme Court, New York County, to this court, on the ground of diversity of citizenship. A certified cheek of defendant’s attorney, in the amount of $500.00 and entitled “Bond for Removal”, was filed with the clerk of the court.
