After a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Will County, defendants Delma (Dale) Moffett and William Crisp were convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to respective terms of 6 to 12 and 7 to 14 years in the penitentiary. The first trial on the charges began on April 5, 1976, and ended April 8,1976. The trial court declared a mistrial since the jury was unable to reach a verdict.
