State v. Hart

This cause is on appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas.

Appellant was indicted on one count of gross sexual imposition involving Pam Chevalier on November 7, 1985. Subsequently, on December 12, 1985, appellant was indicted on a charge of three counts of gross sexual imposition involving Marie Hammer with the specification that the victim was under thirteen years of age. At the time of the alleged incidents, Marie Hammer was a foster child living in appellant’s home. These matters were consolidated prior to trial.
