MAUGHMER, Commissioner.

Divorce case. No children involved. The ■defendant wife was granted a decree of divorce, but has nevertheless appealed. She says first, the court was without jurisdiction of the subject matter and, second, her motion for continuance should have been sustained.

The marital litigation between David E. Sharp, plaintiff in the suit before us and his wife, the defendant, Marie Miller Sharp, began in the District Court of Wyandotte County, Kansas, where Mrs. Sharp filed a suit for separate maintenance on February 19, 1964.
