Pending before the Court are defendants’ motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff originally filed this action against his former employer, defendant Trans World Airlines (TWA). He later joined three additional defendants: (1) International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, (2) District 142 of the Association, and (3) Local Lodge 1650 of the Association.
