Appeal from a judgment entered December 4, 1968, upon a decision of the Court of Claims, which dismissed the claim. The trial court found that the State did not have a sign indicating a sharp curve on Route 6 in the Town of Greenville, Orange County, on August 16, 1966. At this place one Alfred Elkin was driving his car easterly at about 9:50 p.m. in a heavy rainfall and as he attempted to negotiate the curve, his car skidded and he crossed into the westbound lane, thereby colliding with an automobile being driven by the decedent.
