MEMORANDUM OPINION Pending before the court is Defendants GGC-Baltimore, LLC (“GGC”), and Diane Kozel’s Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 6; the “Motion”).1 The court has reviewed all papers; no hearing is necessary. Local Rule 105.6 (D. Md. 2023). For the reasons that follow, by accompanying order, the motion will be DENIED. I.
