Petitioner, William Ronald Hearron, appeals from the trial court’s order denying him relief sought under K.S.A. 60-1507.

On February 1, 1979, Detective Ernest Orr of the Kansas City Police Department filed an affidavit for a search warrant seeking permission to search the petitioner’s residence for various items which had been stolen in residential burglaries. The judge also heard oral testimony from Detective Orr and a confidential informant regarding the application for the search warrant and this testimony was recorded on tape.
