— Appellee recovered a judgment against appellant for $102.50 from which appellant has. *621appealed and assigned as error: (1) The overruling of its demurrer to appellee’s complaint for insufficiency of the facts alleged to state a cause of action; (2) the sustaining óf appellee’s demurrer to appellant’s second paragraph of answer to the complaint; (3) overruling appellant’s motion for a new trial.
