This case is here on appeal by both the plaintiff and defendants, from a judgment of the superior court for King county, rendered in a claim and delivery action following a decision of this court reversing a former judgment of the superior court rendered in the action.
The plaintiff packing company commenced this action in the superior court for King county on January 12, 1916, seeking recovery from the defendant, Paul Luketa, of a fishing boat, or, in the alternative, its value, alleged to be four thousand dollars, and also damages for its detention.
