MEMORANDUM OPINION
COLLYER, District Judge.
Ford Motor Company asks the Court to reconsider and reverse its ruling permitting Plaintiffs Joan Betty Danziger, individually and as the representative of her deceased husband, and Alan Mercado to amend their complaints to seek punitive damages. The question revolves around which state’s punitive damages law shall apply.
