On May 6, 1973, an automobile belonging to Patrick Graham was broken into and certain items were taken. A grand jury indicted the defendant for felony theft by receiving and charged that he had unlawfully received “a thing or things of value of more than one hundred dollars.” 1971 Perm. Supp., C.R.S. 1963, 40-4-401. He was convicted by a jury and has appealed. We affirm.

He has raised four issues on appeal:(1) Zallar contends that the trial court erred in allowing evidence of the value of the goods taken to be combined to arrive at the value of the goods set forth in the indictment. It was not…
