Defendant Kenneth Paris was charged with the felonies of theft and receiving stolen goods in violation of 1967 Perm. Supp., C.R.S. 1963, 40-5-2. At the close of the People’s evidence, the trial judge granted defendant’s motion for judgment of acquittal. The People ask us to disapprove the ruling of the trial court.
