This case involves an attempt by Huss-mann Refrigeration, Inc. to impose a mate-rialman’s lien upon a shopping center owned and operated by South Pittsburg Associates, Inc.1 Relying upon this Court’s decision in Knox-Tenn Rental Co. v. Sarbec Corp., 59 Tenn.App. 564, 442 S.W.2d 652 (1968), Hussmann seeks payment from SPA for certain labor and material costs it incurred in the installation of a refrigeration system in a supermarket operated by one of SPA’s shopping center tenants.
