A board of review in the office of The Judge Advocate General of the Air Force affirmed the accused’s conviction by general court-martial of two offenses of forgery in violation of Article 123, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 923, two offenses of larceny in violation of Article 121, supra, 10 USC § 921, an offense of attempted larceny in violation of Article 80, supra, 10 USC § 880, and an offense of escape from confinement in violation of Article 95, supra, 10 USC § 895.
