HASTINGS, Chief Judge.

We consider separate appeals by S. Lawrence Kahn, Arthur B. Sachs and M. Prial Curran from their convictions, following a jury trial in the district court, upon jury verdicts of guilty.

Kahn, and Sachs and Curran, attorneys for Kahn, were indicted with others as conspirators in a scheme to illegally use moneys of a number of federally insured banks and savings associations for their personal benefit.
