Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Franklin Weissberg, J.), rendered November 9, 1993, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an indeterminate term of 8 to 16 years, unanimously affirmed.

Defendant’s contention that his plea was not voluntarily entered has not been preserved for appellate review as a matter of law since he did not move to withdraw the plea or to vacate the judgment of conviction (see, People v Butler, 200 AD2d 515, Iv denied 83 NY2d 850), and we decline to review it in the…
