This is a concursus proceeding filed by plaintiff, on August 28, 1948, under the provisions of Act 123 of 1922 which is now incorporated in the Revised Statutes of 1950, as LSA-R.S. 13:4811.

Plaintiff avers that it is now, and has been since July 26, 1916, producing oil in paying quantities from lands described as Lot 4 of Section 25, Township 13 North, Range 12 West, situated in the Parish of De Soto, Louisiana, under and by virtue of an oil, gas and mineral lease dated May 16, 1913, granted by the then record owners of said property, the said lease having been transferred…
