The appeal in this case is' from final decree of foreclosure of a statutory lien in favor of the contractor who erected a building for the owner on a certain lot in Miami, Florida.
The record is voluminous but, after all is considered, the controlling question for us to determine is whether or not the lien claimant proved his case as alleged in his' bill of complaint.
