Appellant, the Estate of Arthur Denmark, by and through its administrator, Anthony W. Hurst, Sr. (“Hurst”), appeals from the trial court’s order dated May 27, 2014. On appeal, Hurst contends that the trial court erred in dismissing his claims for vicarious liability and corporate negligence against Appellees Mercy Philadelphia Hospital and Mercy Health System (together, “Mercy” or the “Mercy entities”).
