This case is here on appeal from an order sustaining separate demurrers interposed by the defendants to the plaintiff’s complaint. The demurrers were upon the following grounds:

“i.‘ That there is a defect of parties defendant in this action.
“3. That said complaint does not state facts sufficient to' constitute a cause of action against the said defendant.”

Plaintiff in his brief states that the sole purpose of the action is to acquire a judgment lien and-under it to reach certain property transferred to defraud creditors of whom plaintiff is one and that only those are named as defendants who…
