The plaintiff brought this action at law against the United States, alleging in substance that on the 12th day of October, 1922, a contract was entered into between the plaintiff and the United States, whereby the plaintiff rented to the United States a certain building for a garage at a rental of $125 per month, payable monthly, for two years, from November 1, 1922, and that under the terms of the agreement the United States had the privilege of renewing the agreement for two additional years, and that upon the expiration of the lease the United States…
