Consistent with his pleas, Seaman Juan J. Campos was convicted by a military judge of one specification of possessing child pornography and one specification of receiving child pornography, both in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934 (2000). At sentencing, the military judge admitted a stipulation of expected testimony of a psychologist who had expertise in evaluating and treating sexual offenders.
