DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a Ross County Common Pleas Court partial summary judgment in favor of Jerry Hughes, Sr., defendant below and appellee herein, on the claims brought against him by Cyrus Hill, a minor by and through his parents and next friends, Joshua Hill and Brandy Hill, plaintiffs below and appellants herein.

{¶ 2} Appellants assigns the following error for review:
