DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Terry A. Peterson appeals the judgment of the Ross County Court of Common Pleas, which affirmed the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission's ("Commission's") finding that he was terminated by Ingle Barr, Inc. ("Ingle Barr") for just cause and is therefore not entitled to unemployment benefits. Peterson argues that he was not discharged for just cause under R.C.4141.29(D)(2)(a) because Ingle Barr did not comply with the progressive discipline policy outlined in Rule No. 2 of its employee handbook.
