Plaintiff Patricia Mikes brings this action on behalf of the United States and herself against her former employers under the qui tam provisions of the False Claims Act (“FCA”), 31 U.S.C. § 3729 et seq., for alleged improper billing for medical procedures, including magnetic resonance imaging (“MRI”) tests. Plaintiff has moved to dismiss defen-' dants’ counterclaims and to strike certain affirmative defenses.
