This appeal is from a decision of the United States Patent and Trademark Office Board of Appeals sustaining the examiner’s rejection under 35 U.S.C. § 103 of claims 29-52 of patent application serial No. 84,-234.
Appellants Piasecki and Meyers have applied for letters patent on a new type of air vehicle which may be broadly described as a lighter-than-air craft or airship having the aerodynamic propulsion and control features of the helicopter.
