I. BACKGROUND

This case arises out of a series of litigation over disputed insurance obligations to Plaintiff Exxon Mobil Corporation (“Exxon”). Savage Refinery Services, LLC (“Savage”), a non-party, contracted to provide services to Exxon (the “Savage Contract”).
