Plaintiff, Donna Kendall, seeks judicial review, pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act (the “Act”), as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), of a final determination of the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying her application for disability insurance benefits. Both parties have moved for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Rule 12(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
