The parties have consented to have the undersigned conduct any and all further proceedings in this ease, including the entry of final judgement, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(e). Plaintiff Phillip Geracitano (Geracitano), disputes the denial of Social Security disability benefits by the Commissioner of Social Security (the Commissioner).
