Background
On February 3, 1989, this Court issued a ruling granting defendants’ motion for summary judgment on the issue of antitrust injury. Remington Products, Inc. v. North American Philips Corp., 717 F.Supp. 36, 36-48 (D.Conn.1989) (“Remington 7”). Subsequently, plaintiff moved for reconsideration in light of R.C. Bigelow, Inc. v.
