This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Emergency Motion for Leave to Substitute Expert and to Supplement Expert Disclosure Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 26 (Doe. # 110), filed on December 29, 2011. For the following reasons, Plaintiffs Motion is granted.
