HEHDEBSOH, Judge.

Appellants were convicted-of murder in the second degree, and the punishment of each assessed at fifteen years in the penitentiary.

The State’s case is wholly circumstantial. The evidence tends to show that appellants, Italian laborers, had been for some time working on the railroad in the vicinity of Texico. The deceased was also an Italian, who, at the time, had just come into the State seeking employment on the railroad.
