In this action, plaintiff Auto-Owners Insurance Company seeks reimbursement from defendants for no-fault insurance benefits plaintiff paid to motor vehicle passengers who were injured in an automobile accident.. In Docket No. 184812, the trial court granted defendant Central Insurance Center’s motion for summary disposition and denied plaintiff’s motion for summary disposition.
