Plaintiff appeals as of right from the trial court’s order granting defendant summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) in this insurance dispute. We reverse and remand.

On March 4, 1994, plaintiff became the victim of a hit-and-run automobile accident. Plaintiff went to the aid of a vehicle that was stuck in the snow in a city of Port Huron parking lot.
