Johnny Grogan, a Mississippi state prisoner, brings this pro se civil action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. He alleges that personnel at the South Mississippi Correctional Institution (“SMCI”) violated his Eighth Amendment-rights by responding with deliberate indifference to his serious psychiatric needs.
