LEWIS, Judge.
This is an appeal by plaintiff Paul J. Brenner from the judgment of the trial court granting defendant Textron Aerostructure’s (Textron) motion for summary judgment. Plaintiffs suit involves a claim that Textron discriminated against him based on his age and in violation of the Tennessee Human Rights Act, Tennessee Code Annotated § 4-21-401 et seq.
