This litigation consists of two treble damage antitrust actions brought against Clark Oil & Refining Corporation (“Clark”) in two judicial districts. The first, Myles Jackson v. Clark Oil & Refining Corporation (“Jackson”), Civil Action No. 73-C-74, was filed on February 15, 1973, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
