— Relators in these two causes seek the same relief, and by the same method as in Nos. 37,871 and 37,872, (349 Mo. 1039, 163 S. W. (2d) 981), wherein Yale University is relator. No. 37,874 involves the question of the right of the successor trustees, as plaintiffs in the cause below, to appeal from the final judgment and decree of June 19, 1941, on the merits; and in No. 37,873, from the order of partial distribution.
