The Pacific Gas and Electric Company has appealed from an adverse judgment in the amount of $190,000 in an action brought by Melvin L. Williams to *697recover damages for injuries incurred when the current from a high-tension line passed through his body.

For many years preceding this accident the West Stanislaus County Rural Fire Protection District maintained a lookout station on Mount Oso.
