HORACE T. WARD, District Judge.

The above matter is pending before this court on the motions of defendants to stay proceedings of Grand Jury 79-01 and to supplement the initial charge to this grand jury. Defendants’ request for an immediate hearing was granted and after hearing argument from the attorneys for the parties and receiving written briefs, the court took the matter under advisement.
