Appeal from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court (Hall, J.), entered March 6, 2003 in Saratoga County, ordering, inter alia, equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, upon a decision of the court.
Plaintiff and defendant were married in November 1987 and have three children (born in 1990, 1992 and 1995). On August 28, 2001, plaintiff commenced an action for divorce.
