Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Lynch, J.), entered April 22, 2010 in Columbia County, ordering, among other things, equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, upon a decision of the court.

The parties were married in 1980 and had no children. Plaintiff commenced this divorce action in 2006; the parties thereafter agreed to a divorce in favor of defendant and the issues of equitable distribution and maintenance were heard at a bench trial.
