MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON MOTION FOR CONNECTICUT EXERCISE JURISDICTION

On July 14, 1994, the State of Michigan in the Circuit Court for the County of Oakland dissolved the marriage of the parties pursuant to a consent judgment of divorce. The judgment of divorce granted the parties joint custody of their four minor children.
