The defendant in error, Charles Fritz, sued the plaintiff in error, the F. W. Hochspeier Company, together with the Chicago Railways .Company, the Chicago City Railway Company, the Chicago Surface Lines and August Hinze, in an action of trespass on the case for damages resulting from a personal injury sustained by a collision of a street car with an automobile in which the defendant in error was riding.
